TervaMed is committed to providing a reliable and transparent delivery experience for all our customers.

Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Due to our automated processing system, an order can only be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.

After this time, the order is considered confirmed and enters processing, at which point it can no longer be cancelled, modified or stopped.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these processing terms.


Delivery Time (Ireland)

We deliver orders to Ireland via our international logistics network.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–14 business days from the date of shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • customs processing
  • carrier delays
  • local distribution conditions

TervaMed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or other factors outside our control.

Shipping and Liability

  • The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details when placing an order
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information
  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the carrier
